José Gajardo, SILAB Laboratory Metrology Manager, visited us at DTS and commented on his long experience with the company:
How long have you been working with DTS?
SILAB has been working with DTS for more than 6 years, but I knew them even four years before that because we also preferred them in the company where I previously worked. The prestige of DTS, the range of their instruments and patterns, and their professionalism are some of the best qualities of DTS.
And how has the experience been?
Undoubtedly, the experience has improved. The after-sales service, their infrastructure, the laboratories, the customer service, and the technology have improved a lot. I believe that DTS has grown quite a lot as a company, and above all, DTS has grown in terms of the services they provide and the concern for their clients.
Is there anything more you would like to highlight about DTS’s services, or about the concern for the customer you mentioned before?
Exactly that! I would emphasize this instance when DTS invites their clients for training, building a closer relationship and offering the possibility of client communication. This greatly improves the relationship between client and service provider.
Regarding training, what do you think of today’s course?
Great! DTS gave us a good welcome. I think you are constantly learning things, and it’s great to have the possibility to learn from someone who has more experience and is so professional. I mean it’s great to learn from the people who provide us with the service.
What stands out from today’s Free Training?
I would emphasize that the points were well defined and the topics were precise. I would also highlight the visit to the laboratories, which showed us their way of working.
The Facilities are spectacular. I knew the facilities they had before, but now they have really come a long way, and this shows that there is a concern to keep on developing. Although it is true in comparison with others, we are a small client; it is good to have also been considered.
What value does SILAB give to DTS as an accredited company?
Well, we give it a lot of value in the sense that we are a company responsible for delivering products to the market where the last customer is the consumer, so we are constantly monitored by government agencies, and they require a certain level of quality in our work. For this reason, we need to calibrate our instruments in a laboratory that is accredited. And although there are many accredited laboratories, with the scope and needs we have, DTS meets the highest percentage of our needs.
Would you recommend DTS? If yes, why?
Yes, I would recommend DTS for their concern for their clients, their technology, the excellent quality of their instruments, and also the training courses they offered us − their customers. Without a doubt, I would recommend DTS.
